tree: move build scripts to scripts/ subdirectory
Move all build and generator scripts into a dedicated scripts/
subdirectory.
This keeps only the hand-written documentation at the top level,
making the repository layout *much* clearer.
Introduce a GENSCRIPTDIR variable in pve-doc-generator.mk.in, which
defaults to DGDIR for downstream package builds (where gen scripts are
installed flat under …

tree: move generated adoc files to generated/ subdirectory
Move all auto-generated asciidoc files (synopsis, opts, firewall
macros) into a dedicated generated/ subdirectory to clearly separate
them from the hand-written documentation sources.
Update all include directives in the hand-written doc files
accordingly and adapt the build system.
For downstream package builds, the pattern rules in th…

pvecm: config: document how to change the token coefficient
New clusters are created with a lower coefficient. Users with existing
clusters or users who prefer a different token coefficient may want to
change the token coefficient. Hence, add a note how to change the
token coefficient to the admin guide.

qm: pci passthrough: correct note about using 'softdep'
In most cases with passthrough, the vfio-pci driver is preferred to what
the kernel would normally load (e.g. amdgpu/nouveau), so 'softdep' can
be used to make sure 'vfio-pci' is loaded before the actual module.
This is expressed in our docs already with a sensible example, but the
text is wrong, since it says 'load the gpu modules *before*…

cluster: restore anchor label to avoid breaking deep links to HTML docs
It was possible to link to the "Adding/Deleting Nodes After QDevice
Setup" section in the HTML docs [0] for a long time. Commit
e8087da ("cluster: fix reference to faq section") changed that anchor,
which would break pre-existing links. Revert the part changing the
anchor, while keeping the explicitly added anchor in to not b…

cluster: fix reference to faq section
Since `scan-adoc-refs` only registers explicit refs, we can't use
an auto-id to reference something. The reference target needs to be
explicitly created.

Quietly powerful Review Dell's Latitude E6220 is a typical workhorse, designed to be solid, dependable and ever so slightly boring. However, Dell is aiming this compact model more at small businesses rather than large organisations. And the increasing numbers of people who, like myself, are self-employed. A touch of style and being just 1in thin and with a 12.5in display are the giveaways here.…
